However, due to digital display variations, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or texture will be 100% exact. We reserve the right to limit sales to any specific region or individual within India.

3. Billing & Commercial Terms

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices include applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to adjust gadget pricing or discontinue specific models without prior notice.
  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Logistics & Delivery Protocol

Sehub ships products across India through verified logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates based on your pin code.

  • Sehub is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or regional restrictions.
  • The customer is responsible for providing a 100% accurate delivery address and contact number.

5. Order Rights & Modifications

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we change or cancel your order, we will notify you via the email or phone number provided during checkout.

6. Tech Usage & Prohibited Acts

You are strictly prohibited from using our site:

  • For any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • To transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
  • To scrape or "bot" our website for gadget pricing or data.
  • To violate the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.
